Privacy Policy
This privacy policy explains what data MicroCoulomb handles and why. The numbers you type into a converter are processed in your browser and are not sent to the server, and the site shows no ads and uses no analytics tools that follow you across other sites. Only comments and messages are stored.
What you type into the converters
The converters run as JavaScript in your browser. Values you enter are not sent to our server and are not stored. They disappear when you close the page. Who runs the site is described on the about page.

Comments and the contact form
If you leave a comment, WordPress stores the name you enter, your email address, the text, the time and your IP address. Comments appear only after approval and show the date; your email address is not shown. If you use the contact form, the name, email, topic and message are sent by email to the MicroCoulomb editors. We use this data only to reply or to moderate comments, and you can ask us to delete it.
Cookies and analytics
The site shows no ads, uses no analytics tools and sets no tracking cookies. If you tick the box to save your name and email in the comment form, your browser stores a cookie with those details so you do not have to retype them; you can delete it in your browser. The server keeps ordinary technical logs, such as IP address, time and requested page, to deliver and protect the site.

Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of data we hold about you through the contact form. The policy covers the whole MicroCoulomb site.
Children
The site is not aimed at children and does not knowingly collect data from them. For limits on how far the results can be trusted, read the disclaimer.
